This document outlines the terms governing the use of the bt50 platform by all Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the bt50 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use bt50's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bt50. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. bt50 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform.
Bt50 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be used by an underage individual will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the bt50 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice, including the forfeiture of any balances held within those accounts.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. bt50 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure.
Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. bt50 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Bt50 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain
- Sharing your account with a third party or allowing another person to use your account
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including money laundering or deceptive transactions
- Distributing harmful or defamatory content, or infringing on the rights of others through any function of the platform
Bt50 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the bt50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, online banking, and other methods listed in the payments section of your account.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current limits displayed in your account. bt50 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated business hours, subject to successful identity verification.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the bt50 account holder. bt50 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined and investigated as potential fraudulent activity.
For bonuses and promotions, the specified wagering requirement must be met before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. The specific terms for each promotion are clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Bt50 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or internet connection failures beyond bt50's control. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the bt50 platform are the exclusive property of bt50 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from bt50.
Third-Party Links
The bt50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. bt50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before using it.
Account Policies, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Bt50 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the bt50 support team. Any legitimate balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Changes to Terms
Bt50 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
